At the heart of Essex County, Maryvale stands as a dynamic Adolescent Mental Health Centre, serving the community with a variety of specialized programs. With our main campus situated in Windsor, Ontario, and extended reach through satellite offices in Leamington, Essex, Lakeshore, and LaSalle, we are dedicated to fostering resilience and well-being among adolescents. Our services span Day Treatment, Outpatient Services, and an Acute Care Psychiatric Inpatient Unit, all designed to support the mental health journeys of young people and their families.

Role Overview:

The Clinical Program Manager position at Maryvale is pivotal, offering the opportunity to lead with purpose and innovation. You will:

  • Provide clinical guidance to multidisciplinary teams dedicated to serving adolescents and their families within our Day Treatment and Outpatient Counselling programs.
  • Oversee the strategic allocation of human and financial resources to maximize program impact.
  • Collaborate in the leadership of Maryvale, ensuring seamless operations and effective partnerships with stakeholders, funders, and the public.

We Are Seeking Someone With:

  • An advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
  • A track record of 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a mental health or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a talent for coaching and developing others, with a knack for making decisive and impactful decisions.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional mental health services.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

About Maryvale Adolescent and Family Services:
We are an accredited Youth Mental Health Centre dedicated to providing top-tier mental health services to uplift the lives of youth and their families facing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges. Operating in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent, our commitment is deeply rooted in the values of respect, inclusion, collaboration, learning, innovation, and accountability.

Position Overview:
As a Psychologist at Maryvale, you will report to the Director of Day Treatment and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team framework. Your primary role would encompass psychological assessment, consultation services for adolescents and their families, as well as interfacing with treatment teams and community agencies. Additionally, there will be opportunities to mentor and supervise clinical psychology practicum students.

Compensation Details:

  • Salary Range: $46-$51 per hour
  • Benefits: Available for roles with a minimum of 20hrs per week

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology.
  • Current registration or eligibility with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
  • Authorization or eligibility to provide Clinical, Neuro, or School Psychology services.
  • Authorization to work with Children and Adolescents.
  • Proven expertise in evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and a genuine commitment to community mental health.
  • Experience in crisis intervention, program planning, and consultation will be considered an added advantage.
